In 2002, we completed the renovation of this beautiful property, which boasts spacious rooms throughout. Like our other houses, it features large stone walls, roofs made of Arabic tiles and large windows. Much of the furniture has been restored by local master carpenters, and it is also decorated with old tools used in the countryside, adding a further rustic touch.
El Pozuelo II is a detached house surrounded by a beautiful cork oak forest. This house is ideal both for relaxing and for taking walks to nearby villages, as it is just 200 metres from the Ribera de Jabugo path, which leads to Jabugo, Galaroza, Fuenteheridos or El Castaño del Robledo, via trails recommended by the Andalusian Hiking Federation.
The perfect home for families or couples, with a terrace set amidst a cork oak grove that surrounds the entire house.
El Pozuelo II features a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace at its centre.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you need to prepare any traditional local dish.
The master bedroom has a 150cm double bed and the second bedroom has two 105cm single beds, both with ceiling fans. We have also installed a large sofa bed in the living room, which sleeps two people.
In the bathroom, you will find rustic taps and beautiful tiling.
Access to the shared swimming pool during the summer months; from September, please enquire about availability.
The house features a fireplace, eco-friendly pellet heating with radiators in all rooms, a gas hob, a microwave, a plasma TV and a full range of kitchenware (espresso machine, toaster, cutlery, plates, frying pans, pots, glasses…), bed linen and towels.
