The house was restored in 1995, with its stone structure reinforced. The roof is covered with Arabic tiles and the beams throughout the house are made of chestnut wood. We particularly highlight its unplastered walls and its flooring, typical of old houses. It is surrounded by a wide variety of trees, notably cork oaks, chestnut trees and olive trees. Its location is perfect for taking a stroll to Jabugo, which is about 700 metres away, as well as to other nearby towns (Galaroza, Fuenteheridos, Castaño del Robledo, Santa Ana la Real…) via various footpaths bordering the estate, all of which are recommended by the Andalusian Hiking Federation.
El Pozuelo I is the perfect house for couples or families with young children.
It has two bedrooms, one of which also serves as a living room. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan.
The kitchen, fully equipped with all utensils, shares the space with the living-dining room, which features a beautiful fireplace.
We particularly recommend the spacious slate-floored porch, where you can enjoy breakfast with a view.

The house has a fireplace, an eco-friendly pellet stove, a gas hob, an oven, a microwave, a plasma TV, a full range of kitchenware (espresso machine, toaster, cutlery, plates, frying pans, pots, glasses…), bed linen and towels.
