El Pozuelo III is a former farmhouse that was fully renovated in 2005. Right at the entrance, you can see the thick stone walls that have been preserved, as well as in the dining room and the bathroom. It is a very light and airy house where much of the furniture has been restored. A unique property but, like everything we offer, with a distinctive rustic quality.
This rural cottage is located just 50 metres from the “Ribera de Jabugo” footpath, along which you can walk to nearby villages. It is surrounded by a large olive grove and from the terrace you can see part of our organic walnut orchard, where a small stream, a tributary of the River Múrtiga, also has its source.
Recommended for couples or families with pets, as it is fully fenced. The house features a lovely porch and a spacious garden area where you can take a stroll.
El Pozuelo III is spread over two floors: the ground floor comprises the living-dining room with a fireplace and the fully equipped kitchen.
After climbing 5 steps, you will find a beautiful bathroom with a main wall of varnished stone and the two bedrooms, which have ceiling fans.
The shared swimming pool is located about 200 metres away up a slope, so we do not recommend this property for people with reduced mobility.
The house has a fireplace, an eco-friendly pellet stove with radiators in all rooms, a gas hob, an oven, a microwave, a plasma TV, a full range of kitchenware (espresso machine, toaster, cutlery, plates, frying pans, pots, glasses…), bed linen and towels.
