RATES
Non-Refundable Rate: All online bookings are considered Non-Refundable; in other words, once the booking has been made, under no circumstances will a refund be issued if you are unable to attend.
Refundable Rate: If the booking is made by telephone, it will be considered a Refundable Rate; that is, the deposit may be refunded in the cases described in the section “cancellations”.
Bookings from Thursday to Saturday and from Saturday to Monday are charged at the same rate as weekends.
CONFIRMATIONS
AS SOON AS YOU HAVE MADE THE TRANSFER, PLEASE SEND US A COPY OF THE RECEIPT VIA WHATSAPP TO THE FOLLOWING NUMBER: 722 42 62 09. Your booking will not be confirmed until you have completed this step.
Two days before your arrival date, we will contact you by telephone to confirm your approximate arrival time and the exact location of the estate.
TIMETABLE
Check-in: From 14:00 to 20:00 Check-out: By 11:00.
If required, a 20-minute grace period is available upon arrival.
For check-in or check-out at other times, please enquire about availability.
PETS
The person renting the property will be liable for any damage caused both inside and outside the house. Pets must not be left alone on the estate or run loose when entering any of the plots, as we have livestock. Please ensure pets do not climb onto beds, sofas, etc., and, of course, do not chew on the furniture (some pieces are over 150 years old). Aggressive pets are not permitted. The cost for this option is €20 for the entire stay.
CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel more than 40 days before the arrival date, you will be refunded 100% of the total amount paid.
If you cancel between 30 and 40 days in advance, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
If you cancel less than 30 days before the arrival date, no part of the deposit will be refunded.
RULES OF CONDUCT
- It is strictly forbidden to bring any kind of glass into the swimming pool or its surroundings.
- Dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool.
- It is forbidden to throw rubbish or cigarette ends onto the grounds (fire hazard).
- During the summer months, barbecues are not permitted anywhere on the estate due to the extreme risk of fire.
- Parties are prohibited throughout the premises.
- The company reserves the right to deny access to the pool area and its surroundings to anyone who fails to comply with these rules.
EXTRAS
- Pellets: 1 free 15 kg bag per night. Subsequent bags at €7.50 each
- Firewood: each pile of firewood (approx. 25 kg) costs €7.50 each
